For amateurs and professionals alike, Riad Kniza is proud to invite you to its cooking workshop. This is more than a Moroccan cooking demonstration. It is an interactive, hands-on and totally participatory half-day Moroccan cooking workshop.
Our chef, welcomes you into her kitchen to share her secrets and passion of Moroccan cuisine. Workshop participants can learn to prepare a variety of Moroccan dishes and delicacies such as Briwates, Tanjia, Couscous, a variety of Tajines, cooked Moroccan salads, traditional pastries, mint tea …
At the end of the workshop and before you are served the meal you prepared, the chef can accompany you to the nearby spice shop where you can buy all the spices you will need to prepare the dishes at home. A translator (English, French and Arabic) is also available.
The price of the workshop varies depending on the number of participants (1 to 8) and on the dishes you wish to learn how to prepare. Please contact us for more details.
